Platform

PathwayPersona™ reads how cells talk, and which conversations track response.

A layered system for taking patient single-cell data from ingestion through mechanistic signaling inference to a ranked, testable shortlist, reproducibly, at cohort scale.

System layers

Four responsibilities, deliberately decoupled.

L01

Ingestion

Accepts single-cell datasets from local files, remote repositories, or streaming sources, with consent and access rules attached to the data from the moment it arrives.

L02

Preprocessing

Quality control, ambient-signal correction, and cross-patient integration that treats patient and treatment history as explicit covariates rather than noise to be scrubbed.

L03

Inference

Mechanistic reconstruction of sender–receiver signaling and downstream pathway activity, run before any machine learning is applied on top of it.

L04

Analytics and serving

Derived results are served to non-technical users at interactive speed, so a clinician or a program lead can interrogate a cohort without writing code.

Component-level architecture, technology selections, and scaling plans are shared under NDA rather than published.

Design principles

The choices that decide whether an output is useful.

Mechanism before machine learning

Statistical models applied directly to raw expression learn the cohort. We derive mechanistic signaling first and only then allow models to operate on those derived quantities.

Per cell type, per response group

A pathway that is 'up in tumor' is rarely actionable. A pathway that separates responders from non-responders within a specific cell state usually is.

Provenance is a feature

Every result traces back to the inputs, parameters, and reference resources that produced it, so a run can be reproduced or re-audited later.

Honest about the commons

Core inference draws on well-documented public methods. We do not claim to have invented the field; we claim to run it with discipline, curation, and validation.
